Gasification of organic matter: autonomous, safe, efficient

C21st Century technology is a universal solution for processing organic waste into energy, biochar and fertilizers, fully adapted to local conditions.
Basic principle of operation
We use gasification, which allows us to convert organic waste into synthesis gas (a mixture of CO, H₂, CH₄), suitable for generating electricity, heat or feeding a gas turbine.
Waste such as:
-
wood chips and bark,
-
agricultural residues (straw, husks, stems),
-
farm manure,
-
food organic waste,
are loaded into a reactor where they undergo thermal processing with limited oxygen access.
The result is:
-
Synthesis gas - Gas mixture suitable for combustion in a generator or turbine
-
Biochar - Solid residue used for soil improvement
-
Heat - Removed from the chamber for local heating or process needs
-
Organic fertilizer (optional) - By condensation and processing of liquid fractions
What makes our technology unique
Scalability
-
Module from 10 to 100 kW - suitable for both a farmer and a tribe or municipality
-
Possibility of cascading connection of units
-
Compactness: placement on a site from 100 m²
Raw material flexibility
-
Does not require strict waste classification
-
Suitable for wet fractions (up to 25–35% humidity)
-
Not afraid of impurities (straw, bark, manure, food waste)
Eco-friendliness
-
Closed loop: no smoke, ash or water emissions
-
Turning waste into a resource - according to the logic of circular economy
-
No harmful emissions: hot gas, bio-coal and heat at the output
How does this work
Loading → Gasification → Energy + Bio-Products → On-Site Use
